Job Summary:
The Caregiver provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients’ homes.
Responsibilities can include, but not limited to:
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
- Memory Care
- Communicate professionally with families and your team
Qualifications:
- Reliable Vehicle, Valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance along with a clean driving record
- Prior home care experience is a plus
- Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care

*$400 “Sign-on” Bonus – For Caregivers who have all their documentation ready:
- For new hire employees only
- Must have PCA training, 2-step TB, CPR, and Medical Clearance within 4 days of hire date.
- Earn $400 bonus after working 500 hours
- Must work 500 hours within four (4) months of hire to be eligible
- Average at least 31.25 hours per week
- Must be able to start work within four (4) days of hire
Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
